You've made a great decision . . . you are going to build a HONKA home. And you have chosen Natural Choice Construction, LLC. Our reputation comes from years of quality work in a small community, where you have to be good to stay in business, and we know you won't be disappointed.

After a preliminary design of the custom log homes and timber frame log home is approved, or a CHOICE log home package selected, we prepare an estimate for you to consider the financial impact of the various decisions that will be made in preparation of the "approved for construction" drawings. Once the drawings are complete and permits received, plans are submitted to HONKA so the factory can begin cutting logs to your specifications. All the windows, doors, hardware, floors etc., (all of which are included in the cost of your HONKA package) are being assembled in Finland, to be ready to be shipped with the structure.

During the time it takes to ship and receive the log package, excavation and site work can be done, footings and foundations laid, utility work done and lower levels framed as necessary. The site can be prepared in every detail for the day your containers arrive. Then log construction can begin. If you stick to plan, the project will be likely to be within budget, and your house should be completed in a minimum amount of time.

Whether you select a Scandinavian custom timber log home design or a CHOICE log home package, the finishes . . . tile, counters, appliances, landscaping, etc. . . . will be your selection. We can provide the entire home for you, simply provide you with the HONKA package, or provide a range of service in between. Our goal is to have satisfied clients.
