Once the design is finalized our excellence in business/project management will help guide you through the process of meeting your financial and schedule needs. We offer complete turn key construction services. In addition, we will provide log frame or dry in the custom log home if you already have a favorite qualified general contractor.
The president, John Pochynok, has over twenty five years of successful experience in commercial and residential design/build construction. This includes project and financial management, contract administration and business development. He is knowledgeable and well skilled in all phases of construction, design, fast track turnkey project management and leading a project team. His strong communication and management skills have been demonstrated on projects from a few hundred thousand to over one hundred thirty million dollars.
